Case Validation Workspace

A program holds the rules. A caseworker creates a case, enters the applicant's data and submits it for validation. The AI checks the data and any attached documents against the program's published rules, then reports what it found.

Validation always uses the published version of a program. A case keeps the version it was submitted against, so changing a rule today does not alter a decision that has already been made.

How a case is reviewed

1
A caseworker creates the case
Choose the program, enter the applicant's data and submit it.
2
The rules are matched to the program
The version that is published at the time of submission.
3
The AI checks the data
Every submitted field, plus the contents of any attached document.
4
The caseworker acts on the result
Correct the data and validate again, or approve and issue the case.
