Validation rules
Write each rule as a plain sentence. The AI works down the list in order.
Say what to check and where to find it. "The lease names the applicant as a tenant" sends the AI to the document. "The household income is below the ceiling" sends it to the submitted data.
Required documents
A ticked document must be attached, and the AI reads its contents.
